Original Mix Design: Clinker (90.5%), Gypsum (4%), Limestone (5.5%)
Original Strength: 2-day: 22.5 MPa | 28-day: 43.5 MPa
Client Goal: Increase 2-day strength to 28 MPa and 28-day strength to 58 MPa without increasing grinding power consumption.

Our Customized Solution & Technical Approach
Our engineers conducted a thorough analysis of the client's raw materials and grinding process. Recognizing the conflicting goals for each cement type, we developed two specialized grinding aid formulations from our CGA® series.
For Cement A: CGA®-CLF (Clinker Reduction Formula)
This formula was engineered to enhance the grindability of the cement mix, particularly the harder clinker particles, allowing for a more efficient particle size distribution. Its powerful surfactants reduced agglomeration and coating in the mill, enabling the client to successfully incorporate more limestone while maintaining fineness and strength.
For Cement B: CGA®-HP (High-Performance Strength Enhancer)
This advanced formulation was designed not only to improve grinding efficiency but also to act as a powerful strength enhancer. CGA®-HP contains functional monomers that actively participate in hydration chemistry, accelerating early strength development and contributing to the formation of a denser microstructure, resulting in vastly superior ultimate strength.
