Product Property
This product is produced by the internationally advanced external circulation spray ethylene (propylene) oxyaddition device, and the production line adopts DCS con-trol system. The product has the characteristics of uniform molecular weight distribution and high double bond retention rate. This product is different from HPEG and TPEG polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent macromers. The unsaturated double bond in the molecular structure of EPGE products is directly connected to an oxygen atom, forming a set of C-O bonds in the molecular structure, causing the electron cloud distribution of the double bond to shift, thereby improving the charge environment of the unsaturated double bond in the macromonomer, making the reaction activity of the double bond in the macromonomer much higher than that of HPEG and TPEG, making it easier to carry out polymerization reactions, At the same time, it further reduces the spatial resistance of the swing of the acid ether side chain, improves the encapsulation and entanglement of the polyether side chain, and the synthesized polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent has higher adapt-ability, especially for situations with poor quality and high mud content of sand and gravel materials, with significant effects.
