PCE Flake is a high-performance polycarboxylate water reducer in Flake form, offering exceptional water reduction and enhanced concrete properties. Key features include:
Extremely high water reduction rate – up to 45% or more.
Significant improvement in workability – provides excellent fluidity, pumpability, and resistance to segregation.
Enhanced mechanical properties and durability of hardened concrete.
Excellent compatibility with various types of cement, supplementary cementitious materials, and aggregates with high fines or clay content.
Very low alkali and chloride ion content – non-corrosive to reinforcement.

PCE Flake is Ideal for ready-mix concrete, pumped concrete, self-compacting concrete, and other high-performance concrete applications. Particularly suitable for:
High-strength precast concrete
Ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC)

Usage Guidelines & Precautions
PCE flake can be used alone or in combination with other polycarboxylate-based admixtures in tablet form.
Recommended dosage: 0.1%–0.5% of the total binder content (by solid mass).
A small amount of setting regulator may be added if necessary to adjust the setting time.
Always conduct concrete trials under actual application conditions to determine the optimal mix design.
Do not use in combination with naphthalene-based water reducers.
Compatibility tests are required when used with other admixtures.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging:
25 kg per composite bag, or customized as per client requirements.
Storage:
Store in a dry, ventilated area at 2°C–35°C.
Protect from direct sunlight, rain, and moisture.
Store in a dedicated warehouse or fixed location.
Avoid mixing with other types of admixtures.
Shelf life: 6 months. Product exceeding this period must be tested before use.
