Description
This product is high concentrated and low-alkali, named sodium naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde. It has good dispersing performance to cement particles. Compared with traditional plasticizer, it has higher water reducing rate and less corrosion to steel bar which greatly improve the shelf life of concrete buildings. It can be applied to cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete and precast parts, with good adaptability to common cement, and can be widely used in road, bridge, tunnel, industrial and civil constructions, steam curing and natural curing precast parts.
Application
（1）Low sodium sulfate, high concentrated, and low alkali content can help to avoid the alkali-aggregate reaction, crystalline and precipitation at negative temperature.
（2）Higher water reducing rate. By the recommended dosage, the water reducing rate can reach 15% -28%.
（3）Save costs. In the case of maintaining the same workability and strength, cement consumption will be reduced, and improve concrete fluidity, enhance the bonding between concrete and steel bar.
（4）Wide application. It is adaptable to various cement, like silicate cement, ordinary Portland cement, slag cement, etc.
（5）Be mother material to formulate other functional admixtures, like type of early strength, set retarding, pumping, antifreezing, etc.
Dosage
0.5%-1.0% by weight of cementitious material. Actual dosage depends on the test. It is also available to consult our technicians.
Note
1.Dosage is based on the cementitious material weight.
2.It is better to use after dilute, it means mix in water firstly, then add into concrete.
3.Properly prolong the mixing time, and make sure the admixture is well mixed with concrete.
Package & Storage
