Polycarboxylic acid special slump retention agent (water reduction type) is a new generation of environmentally friendly polycarboxylate high-performance special slump protector developed by our company. The slump protector itself undergoes a hydrolysis reaction under alkaline conditions, thereby releasing a dispersive carboxylic acid group. This achieves a long-lasting dispersion effect. On the other hand, it is different from some slump retention agents, in addition to excellent slump retention performance, it also has a certain water reduction effect, and its cost can be effectively reduced when the water reduction rate of the pumping agent is the same.
Product Features
（1）Special molecular structure: special branched chain structure design for hydrolysis reaction in freshly mixed concrete. By adjusting the structure of the branch chain, the hydrolysis rate of the period can be arbitrarily adjusted within the effective time, so as to achieve the selective slump preservation effect.
（2）Slow-release: After this product is mixed into concrete, slow hydrolysis occurs, and after hydrolysis, the original macromolecules release carboxylic acid groups, and a small amount of small molecular substances have a certain dispersion effect. As time progresses, hydrolysis gradually ends and finally terminates.
（3）Economy:This product has certain water reduction performance, the water reduction rate can reach 50% of the mother liquor
of the same type of water reducing agent, which can significantly reduce the amount of water reducing agent stock solution
in the same system and reduce economic costs.Scope of application
（1）Suitable for ready-mixed and cast-in-place concrete in a variety of industrial and civil buildings.
（2）It is especially suitable for various infrastructure projects with high performance requirements for concrete, such as water conservancy, offshore engineering, ports, transportation, bridges, subways, and electric power and steel fiber and other special concrete; Precast concrete, concrete transported over long distances.
