Product Description:
- This product is applicable to the demolding of steam-cured precast components in all railway and highway project precast beam yards, precast component factories, sleeper factories, segment factories of subway projects, prefabricated components, etc.
- The raw materials are safe and environmentally friendly, and the product has certain anti-rust properties. It has strong isolation performance, is easy to demold. After demolding, the concrete surface has few air bubbles, is uniform, smooth, and has neat and intact edges and corners.
- It has a high cost-performance ratio. Each kilogram can be diluted with water at a ratio of 1:6 - 1:10.
Usage Method:
- Clean all rust and dirt on the formwork thoroughly, and make sure there is no standing water on the formwork surface. Take a clean large bucket, add water at a ratio of 1:6 - 1:10, and stir well.
- Spray the diluted release agent evenly on the formwork. It will have a better effect if you evenly mop it with a sponge mop after spraying. Pour the concrete after the white water droplets completely disappear. (If the formwork is rinsed by rain before the white water droplets completely disappear, re-spray before pouring.)
- After demolding, simply clean the surface of the formwork, and then it can be sprayed again.
Construction Precautions:
- If the diluted release agent is left standing for more than 30 minutes, stir it again before spraying.
- Spray the release agent evenly. Missing spraying or brushing will cause sticking.
- Store it in a dry and cool place, protected from light and sealed, to avoid exposure to the sun and frost damage.
