Product description

This product is a new scientific and technological achievement of our company, which has the features of low dosage, low alkali content, fast coagulation, less rebound, early strength and good cohesiveness. It is applicable for highway, railway bridge and culvert, tunnel, concrete shotcreting and anchoring operation in subway construction, and other concrete projects in urgent need of reinforcement in construction projects. The technical index reaches the standard GB/T35159-2017 Accelerator for shotcrete.

Main technical performance

(1) Quick setting, strong adhesion and small strength loss.

(2) 1d strength ≥ 7 MPa, and 28d compressive strength ratio ≥75%.

(3) Low rebound, used for shotcrete, rebound rate-20%.

(4) Low or no alkali, improve the durability of concrete, no corrosion of steel bars.

Applications

(1) Applicable for all kinds of shotcrete and mortar. Powder is used for dry shotcrete and liquid is used for wet shotcrete.  
(2) Applicable for shotcrete in railway, highway tunnel and subway engineering.  
(3) It is applicable for shotcreting anchor concrete in diversion tunnel of hydropower project.  
(4) Quick-setting concrete and mortar for emergency repair in mines and construction projects.

Usage and precautions

(1) This product is divided into liquid and powder. Under the same dosage, the setting time depends on the cement type. Therefore, it is suggested that the best dosage should be determined by experiments according to the selected cement and engineering needs before engineering application.

(2) The recommended dosage is 3.0 ~ 5.0% of cement weight (powder) ; 5.0 ~ 9.0% (liquid) .

(3) Portland cement or ordinary portland cement should be adopted, with a grade of not less than 42.5MPa.

(4) 0 Early curing of concrete should be strengthened (10 ~ 14 days)  to reduce later strength loss.

(5) For cement with long setting time or long storage time, the dosage should be appropriately increased.

(6)  If there is a little precipitation, it will not affect the use effect.

(7) Pay attention to personal protection when spraying to prevent splashing to eyes and skin; Rinse with clean water as soon as it comes into contact.

Packaging, storage and transportation

(1) Powder is packed in plastic woven bags, 50kg/bag. Barrel for liquid, 200 ~ 250 kg/barrel.

(2) Rain-proof, moisture-proof and breakage-proof, and placed in a dry and ventilated place. It is non-flammable and non-explosive, and shall be properly kept.

(3) The powder is valid for half a year, and the liquid is valid for half a year. After the expiration, it is determined to be used by test.
