The product can increase efficiency of cement grinding system, increase hourly output of cement grinding mill, improve hydrating capacity of cement, increase cement strength, reduce clinker consume, reduce cement plant energy consume too.

Our cement grinding is composed of various organic polymer main ingredient is TIPA, TEA, DEIPA. The products could effective increase cement BET, reduce cement mill powder consume, increase cement mill capacity  and increase cement strength.

1. The cement grinding could could effective control cement hydration process, increase cement strength performance, increase 3-day, 7-day, 28-day strength to 4-8 MPa.

Cement Grinding Aid was belong to surfactant, it can improve the fluidity and dispersity of the powder thus enhanced the efficiency of grinding for the powder during added the product to grinding materials. When adding adequate that product to grinding materials, Cement Grinding Aid was absorbed and decreased the surface free energy, that is beneficial to enhancing  
the efficiency of grinding.

The dosage of every minute followed formula: L=(M*G)/(D*C*60)

Herein, L:addition of cement grinding/ton(ml/min)

M: admixing quantityof cement grinding/ton(g/t)

D: proportion of cement grinding aid

C: dilution proportion of usage
